OneStop is an integrated solution for full self-service management of library public services. With OneStop, when a user is checking out materials and a fee is owed, borrowers can pay fines immediately with cash or a credit card. A true e-commerce solution for libraries, OneStop can also be used to collect print or copy payments, or to add value to a library debit card.
The OneStop core is an attractive base-control cabinet that houses all necessary electronics. Separate internal modules control the functions.
OneStop integrates seamlessly with the full range of SirsiDynix integrated library systems as well as some systems from other vendors. Any ILS that supports SIP2 is compatible with self-check using OneStop.
So if your library, like most, is challenged by too few staff members to serve a growing number of visitors (particularly at peak times), OneStop is an important new strategic tool for your institution.

SirsiDynix Web Reporter is a revolutionary reporting solution designed to work with SQL databases (Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server or DB2), although it does not require knowledge of SQL to use. It offers zero-footprint Web clients that can be used anywhere your staff has access to the Internet, including from their homes. The Web clients give the power of a Windows client with the flexibility of using a Web browser.
SirsiDynix Web Reporter is extremely easy-to-use for the staff member who just needs to run pre-developed reports. At the same time, it offers great capability for the "power user" to create new or customize existing reports.
SirsiDynix Web Reporter comes with a wide range of standard reports, including reports for circulation, acquisitions budget, serial collections, and collection development statistics. Each standard report can be easily modified and saved for future use by the library using a Web or desktop client. Ad hoc reports can also be created without having to know the underlying Horizon database table structure. Reports can be created and saved from scratch –again without knowing the database table structure, and without being a SQL programmer. Once these reports are saved, they can be easily shared with other branch libraries or other peer libraries. In addition, reports can be set up automatically to be distributed to staff at pre-determined intervals.
With SirsiDynix's suite of PC management solutions, libraries can automate the process of reserving and managing your public access PCs and free your staff up to perform other circulation tasks in the library. At the same, our print management solutions help eliminate the need to have staff monitor the print jobs for your users, whether or not your library charges a fee for printer materials.
SirsiDynix partners with a number of PC/print management technology providers, including our strategic partner EnvisionWare, to offer our SirsiDynix clients the broadest range of these valuable solutions.
Libraries lose thousands of dollars every year because there just isn't the time or resources to invest in collecting long-overdue fines and fees. With SirsiDynix's integrated solution with Unique Management, Inc., your library can reap the benefits of collecting that revenue without your staff having to ask users to "pay up."
SirsiDynix's handheld circulation tools give library staff the freedom to conduct daily circulation procedures as well as large inventory projects in either an offline or wireless online environment. SirsiDynix PocketCircTM is a wireless circulation unit that frees you to serve users and perform both online and offline circulation operations away from your computer with a handheld PDA device in a Windows CE environment. Combining the power of the Unicorn® Library Management System with the flexibility and ease of a PDA, SirsiDynix PocketCirc enables you to extend services, increase operation efficiency, and save staff time:
SirsiDynix offers solutions for use with SirsiDynix Symphony, Unicorn, and Horizon Library Management Systems, which permit libraries to use automated telephone messaging to notifying users of important information related to holds, due dates, fines, etc. Library staff, who are often limited in number and availability, are no longer tied up making telephone calls - they're free to do other more important tasks.
Telephone Messaging enables users to retrieve and update their circulation information using a touch-tone phone, relieving staff from calls about item due dates, renewals, or items on hold. Telephone Messaging also provides automatic outbound messaging to users about overdue and on-hold items.
